The Iranian IP service provided by vpn-iran.com is highly sensitive and can potentially be misused for unlawful activities. For this reason, we only provide service to users who complete identity verification. Without completing verification, access to an Iranian IP address cannot be granted under any circumstances.
This page outlines the general and service-specific terms for using Iranian IP services. By purchasing or activating our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, you may not use any services provided by vpn-iran.com.
This agreement is legally binding between Iran VPN (vpn-iran.com) and you, the customer (including your company, legal representative, agent, successor, or beneficiary), effective immediately upon acceptance.
When purchasing a service, you are required to click a confirmation checkbox. Clicking this option confirms that you have read and accepted all service terms before use. If you choose not to accept these terms, you cannot proceed with purchasing or using Iran VPN services.
Identity Verification Policy for Iran VPN
Identity verification is an essential requirement for providing Iranian IP services. Iran VPN evaluates and verifies user identity to ensure security, prevent unauthorized payments, and minimize illegal usage. Using Iranian IP services indicates that you have read and accepted this verification policy.
In accordance with local regulations, Iran VPN must collect identity verification data before providing online services.
Verification consists of matching the national ID number with an Iranian mobile number. This process is automated; no selfie or document upload is required.
Customers purchasing services related to financial or banking access must complete the verification process, even if they later request order cancellation.
Refunds are only issued to the same bank card that was used for the payment.
Using another person’s account is prohibited.
Mobile number verification is only accepted with Iranian phone numbers. Non-Iranian mobile numbers are not supported. (SMS verification is not required.)
Identity verification is mandatory only for financial and banking-related access services. Non-financial services do not require verification.
We fully understand that users living outside Iran may have limited access to an Iranian mobile number. However, verification is required to maintain service stability and ensure that any abusive users can be identified and reported to legal authorities when necessary.
Identity verification protects your account from unauthorized access, reduces misuse for phishing, hacking, financial fraud, and other illegal activities, and helps keep the Iranian IP service operational.
Why Verification Ensures Service Stability
If a user commits an online crime such as unauthorized account access, website hacking, device hacking, or financial fraud, law enforcement agencies request the originating IP address. If the fraudulent user routes their activity through our Iranian IP service, Iran VPN becomes legally obligated to provide identifying information to authorities. Without identity verification, malicious users could freely purchase access and perform illegal actions anonymously. With verification, abusive users can be identified and reported.
If identity verification were removed, abuse levels would increase and authorities could order the shutdown of Iranian IP services entirely. Therefore, identity verification is the primary method that prevents the service from being blocked and ensures long-term service availability.
Refund Policy for Iranian IP Services
Refunds are available only when our support team cannot resolve connection issues related to obtaining an Iranian IP.
Subscription downgrades or plan conversions cannot be refunded or partially refunded.
If the user cannot connect or does not receive an Iranian IP, Iran VPN must attempt to resolve the issue. If resolution is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are not available for users who mistakenly purchased Iranian IP instead of a standard VPN/proxy service.
The Iranian IP service is strictly for providing an Iranian IP address. Network-wide issues such as national internet disruptions, reduced speed on the global internet, or outages in third-party services, websites, or apps are not grounds for refund.
Temporary outages in our service do not qualify for refunds.
Refunds cannot be issued if the customer has paid but fails to complete identity verification. Verification must be completed before account activation.
All online platforms can experience outages, including major international companies such as Facebook and Twitter. While we have not experienced any Iranian IP network outages at the time of writing, users must remain patient should an outage occur, allowing our technical team time to resolve it.
Bank Access Services
All Iranian mobile banking apps and online banking portals are accessible from outside Iran using Iran VPN.
Exception: Saderat Mobile Banking may display a “VPN detected” error on some devices and cannot be guaranteed to work. However:
